with my right palm facing up, the lump is located on inside (left side) side of wrist, just below the hand. The lump feels firm to the touch. there is a slightly rubbery texture that gives slightly to the touch. I don’t recall injuring my wrist, but i did injure my elbow 1 week ago( a small bump that is now gone).
